  6. Let your PC assist you in the complicated process of learning to speak, read, 
  7. write, and understand Mandarin Chinese. This software takes a novel approach 
  8. and does not rely on a predefined list of words (although a selection of good 
  9. vocabulary lists is included, too). It allows the user to define her / his 
  10. own vocabulary list. This Chinese language trainer combines elements of 
  11. traditional language instruction (drill, flash cards, listening comprehension) 
  12. with multimedia educational activities (games !).

  14. DrDo keeps track on your performance by scoring every word  / phrase in the 
  15. list with points from 0 to 9 so you can restrict your exercises to words 
  16. that need further training.

  20. Note: To save download time, the "VB5 runtime modules" are NOT included in this
  21. package, because the chance is high that they are already on your PC. 
  22. If *not* you will get an error message ("Can not find MSVBVM50.DLL file" or
  23. "Comdlg32.ocx not found or not registered") or similar at the first start 
  24. of the software and should then go back to the download sections of our homepage
  25. ( http://www.ThinkRed.com ) and follow the links to download 
  26. the "VB 5 runtime modules" (a 1.3 MB download).
